In what was not less than a miracle, a five-year-old child falling from the third-floor apartment balcony in Egypt was caught by three policemen, eventually saving his life. The incident took place in the southern city of Assiut and its video was shared by Egypt's Interior Ministry. In this video that has gone viral on social media platforms, three policemen who were standing on the sidewalk, looked up and apparently saw the child dangling from the balcony before rushing to catch him as he falls. These policemen were reportedly on duty and were guarding a bank when the incident happened. According to the ministry, the child was unharmed. However, one of the policemen was injured and was taken to the nearby hospital. To pull off this heroic act, these policemen used a carpet lying beside them and picked it up. They were trying to hold it like a safety net but the child fell before that. However, one of the policemen quickly stretched out his hands and caught him. They were also given financial rewards for their \u2018humane role\u2019 in savings the boy\u2019s life. The incident took place on February 17 but the video is going viral now. There is no official word on whether the child fell from the building or had jumped. The policemen were identified as Kamil Fathi Jaid, Hassan Sayed Ali and Sabri Mahrous Ali.
