French parliamentary delegation heading to Syria

A delegation of three members of the French Parliament will head to the Syrian border near Aleppo on Monday to call for an immediate cease-fire and a humanitarian aid for civilians.

Cecile Duflot, Herve Mariton and Patrick Menucci said Sunday in a statement they are asking for the evacuation of civilians from Aleppo, which has been under fire for months.
