Elsewhere, a house named Bel-Air mansion was described by Forbes in January as "the most expensive home ever listed in America". The 38,000 square feet structure was put on the market at $6,560 a square foot. Whereas, Antilia in Mumbai-the world's most expensive home in absolute terms - is priced at $1 billion and it is valued at 2,500 for each of its 400,000 square feet. Now, check this out - if the price of the house on Repulse Bay Road considered, it costs roughly $21,190 a square foot!
