An Indian tycoon has recently made waves in Bangalore’s esteemed Billionaire Street with a monumental real estate purchase.
Ajit Isaac, the distinguished founder and chairman of Quess Corp, a multinational technology giant employing over half a million people across nine countries, has cemented his status as a Billionaire Street resident with a jaw-dropping acquisition.
The transaction, valued at a staggering Rs 67.5 crore for a 10,000 square foot plot, marks a new pinnacle in Bangalore’s real estate history, fetching a remarkable price of Rs 70,300 per square foot, as reported by Economic Times.
This landmark deal surpasses the previous record of Rs 68,000 per square foot, firmly establishing Isaac’s investment as the most opulent in Billionaire Street’s annals.
In a testament to his commitment to societal welfare, he bestowed a generous donation of Rs 105 crore upon the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in 2022, facilitating the establishment of a Center for Public Health and Policy Research, as highlighted by The Hindu.
This recent acquisition adds to Isaac’s portfolio of upscale properties, following his acquisition of a Rs 52 crore bungalow in Koramangala in 2021, as reported by Economic Times.
