6. Ikigai: Ikigai is the Japanese concept of finding your reason for being or your sense of purpose. Clarify your values and priorities to guide your thoughts and actions. When you know what truly matters to you, it becomes easier to let go of trivial worries and focus on what's meaningful.

7. Mottainai: Mottainai conveys a sense of regret over waste or squandering resources. Apply this concept to your mental energy by refraining from dwelling on unproductive thoughts. Redirect your attention to more constructive pursuits instead.

8. Yojijukugo: Yojijukugo are four-character idiomatic expressions that encapsulate deeper meanings. Reflect on yojijukugo related to mindfulness, resilience, or simplicity to gain insights into managing overthinking. Examples include "Shin gi tai hei" (心技体平), which emphasizes the balance of mind, technique, and body.
