NCMC (National Common Mobility cards) is open-loop card

The card supports multiple modes of transportation such as buses, metros and railways

It also allows passengers to pay toll duties, retail shopping and withdraw money at ATMs

The NCMC card is an indigenously made product and is a part of the Make In India project

The facility was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in March 2019

PM Modi launched the NCMC services on the Airport Express on December 28, 2020
