Domestic air passenger traffic increased by 3.88 per cent to 1.32 crore in April, up from 1.28 crore in the same month last year,

Air India and Vistara were second and third top performing airline with 14.2% and 9.2% market share respectively

Flight problems, baggage, refunds and customer services were among the most common reasons for complaints
