The Mahindra 3X0 is the new kid in the block segment. The XUV 3X0 retains the XUV300’s engine, hence, the 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine produces 109 bhp and best-in-class 200 Nm of torque.

The Tata Nexon is one the best-selling sub 4 metre SUV. It is powered by a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine that churns out 118bhp and 170Nm. This makes the Nexon the most powerful SUV in its class.

Maruti Suzuki sells the Brezza in bucket loads as it was the third most successful vehicle in April 2024. The company registered sales of 17,113 units, which is a 45 per cent increase when compared to April 2023.

The Nissan Magnite is available in two engines, the 1-litre naturally aspirated and the 1-litre turbo. We will highlight the turbo as the three-cylinder power plant churns out a healthy 99 bhp and 160 Nm of torque.
