Lamborghini Urus Performante joins Italian Police force

Continuing its association with the police force, Lamborghini has delivered an Urus Performante to the Italian Police force.

The Urus Performante joins the Huracan used by the police for organ transport and special services.

Scheduled to into service from 2024, the Urus wears the Italian police livery, following police specifications.

Specially out fitted by technicians at Lamborghini, the Urus gets police logos and the tricolour marking.

The Urus Performante also gets 360-degree light bar with blue lights on the roof.

Inside, there are few changes specifically made for the Police force.

The Urus gets an armoured weapon box and a flip-down message display amongst others.

The biggest addition is a a portable fridge to transport organs, along with a compartment for service equipment.

Powering the Lamborghini Urus Performante is a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 that makes 657bhp and 850Nm of torque.

The engine is capable of propelling the Urus from 0 to 100kmph in 3.3 seconds and on to a top speed of 306kmph.
