Lamborghini has finally launched its new flagship Revuelto in India at a whopping price tag of Rs 8.89 crore (ex-showroom)
Replacing the Aventador range in the lineup, the Revuelto is Lamborghini’s first plug-hybrid vehicle ever.
Only a few allocations of the Revuelto have been secured for the Indian market with the first delivery expected in the next few weeks.
Lamborghini is unlikely to take fresh orders as it had announced in June that the model was sold out until 2026.
Powering Revuelto is an all-new 6.5-litre V12 NA petrol engine paired with a plug-in hybrid system consisting of three electric motors and a 3.8kWh lithium-ion battery pack.
The V12 is capable of producing 813.7 bhp and 745 Nm of peak torque itself. Coupled with the hybrid setup the power output jumps up to 1,001 bhp.
Signature Y-shaped motifs are seen in LED elements in headlights, and taillamps, and air intakes with massive Y-shaped enclosures.
Similar Y-shaped patterns are also visible on the massive 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels and high-mounted, hexagonal twin exhaust setup.
Other visual highlights include iconic scissor doors, and wedge-shaped creases on the bonnet.
There are three screens in place— an 8.4-inch central vertical touchscreen, a 9.1-inch display for the passenger, and a third 12.3-inch display for the instrument cluster.
All critical information can be accessed including the fuel level, battery charge, electric range, and location, via Lamborghini’s Unica smartphone app.
