Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 and Svartpilen 401 launched

Husqvarna has launched the Vitpilen 250 and Svartpilen 401 in India, based on a new frame. The motorcycle also get a host of updates.

Starting with the Vitpilen 250, the motorcycle gets a round headlight and is a roadster.

The motorcycle gets minimal bodywork and 17-inch alloy wheels.

On the equipment front, it gets USD forks, 5-inch LCD instrument panel, LED lighting, traction control, dual-channel ABS, and a quickshifter.

Powering the motorcycle is a 250cc, single-cylinder unit that makes 30bhp and 25Nm of torque.

Moving on to the Svartpilen 401, the motorcycle is designed to be an urban scrambler.

The motorcycle gets similar bodywork, but spoked wheels, dual-purpose tyres, and a higher handlebar.

On the equipment front, the Svartpilen gets adjustable USD forks, 17-inch wheels, traction control, quickshifter, and a 5-inch TFT display.

Powering the motorcycle is a 398cc, single-cylinder engine that makes 45bhp and 39Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

The Vitpilen 250 is priced at Rs 2.19 lakh and the Svartpilen 401 is priced at Rs 2.92 lakh.
