Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally launched in India

Ducati has launched the new Multistrada V4 Rally in India, priced at Rs 29.72 lakh, ex-showroom.

The new Multistrada V4 Rally sits above the V4 in the bike maker's line up, which costs Rs 26.73 lakh.

Compared to the V4, the Rally gets a wider and taller windscreen.

The motorcycle also gets a larger 30-litre fuel tank and revised luggage mounts for better pillion comfort.

Another addition is a sturdier sump guard.

On the equipment front, the V4 Rally gets longer suspension with 200mm travel at both ends.

In comparison, the Multistrada V4 gets 170mm travel in the front and 180mm at the rear.

Ducati also offers a host of suspension and seat options to suit various riders and the saddle height can vary from 805mm to 905mm.

Powering the new V4 Rally is a 1158cc V4 engine that makes 168bhp and 128Nm of torque mated to a six-speed gearbox.

The engine can also be restricted to 113bhp with the new off-road mode and the rear engine banks can be deactivated for better fuel efficiency.
