BMW has unveiled th new M2 CS, a more powerful version of the BMW M2 coupe.
The M2 CS made its debut at the 2025 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este, boasting improved performance and unique design features that set it apart from the standard M2 Coupe.
Under its hood, the M2 CS recalibrated 3.0L twin-turbocharged inline-six engine. Designated as S58, this unit now produces 523bhp and 650Nm of torque. The engine comes exclusively mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox.
The 0–100 kmph dash now takes 3.7 seconds, two-tenths quicker than before. Top speed is electronically limited to 302 kmph, 17 kmph quicker than the standard M2.
The M2 CS weighs 1,700kg kerb of the CS is about 30kg lower than the regular M2.

The reduced weight comes from the extensive use of carbon fibre and a new set of 19-inch forged wheels in a matte Gold Bronze finish, enhancing both aesthetics and performance.
The Alcantara-wrapped M steering wheel features dual M mode buttons, paddle shifters, a flat-bottom design, and a red 12 o’clock marker.

It will be available in United States, Germany, and China. Sales are scheduled to begin in late summer 2025.
