Force Motors has been working on a 5-door version of the Gurkha alongside an updated version of the 3-door Gurkha. Test mules of the 5-door Gurkha have been spied on numerous occasions over the past couple of years.

The first official video of the 2024 Gurkha range a few days back which showcased some of its exterior highlights. The latest teaser sheds light on its interiors and the features that it will be equipped with.

Feature highlights inside the cabin of the new Gurkha will include a larger (and hopefully a more advanced) touchscreen infotainment system, and a fully-digital TFT instrument panel replacing the analogue unit.

The centre console is relaid housing the gear-shift lever, cubby hole, a 4×4 rotary knob, and controls for front and rear differential locks.

The biggest update is the addition of 3-row seats making it a 7-seater layout. In all probability, this will only be available in the longer 5-seat version of Gurkha.

In the previous teaser, glimpses of its exterior were revealed with highlights including  signature round LED headlamps with integrated circular LED DRLs, vertical LED taillamp clusters, 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and many more features.

Further, add ons such as a roof-mounted luggage rack, jerry cans, and a snorkel enhance the appeal of a lifestyle adventure vehicle.

Both the 5-door and the 3-door Gurka are expected to use the same 2.6-liter, four-cylinder turbo diesel engine, generating 90 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. It is paired exclusively with a five-speed gearbox.
