Workplace technology company GoFloaters has added artificial intelligence-based tools to its platform as companies continue to manage office space, bookings and employees across multiple locations.
The new capabilities are aimed at workplace inventory management, utilisation tracking and other operational tasks, the company said.
GoFloaters’ platform currently connects enterprises with more than 360 workspace operators across over 50 cities in India, covering more than 35,000 seats and 4,000 meeting rooms, according to the company.
“Managing workplace infrastructure today involves far more than finding office space. Enterprises need better visibility into utilisation, availability and operational workflows,” said Shyam Sundar Nagarajan, Founder and CEO of GoFloaters. “Our focus has been on building the technology infrastructure that connects this ecosystem, with AI helping simplify operations and improve decision-making.”
The company’s enterprise platform, WorqFlexi, provides tools for managing workplace access, bookings, approvals, utilisation data and reporting.
The addition of AI-based capabilities comes as companies continue to use a mix of office-based, remote and flexible working arrangements. Managing workplace requirements across different locations and service providers has increased the role of technology in tracking availability, usage and related operational processes.
GoFloaters said it plans to expand the technology capabilities of its platform as workplace models continue to change.
