Xiaomi, the $45-billion Chinese smartphone maker, on Wednesday announced the launch of its flagship Mi 4 in India for Rs 20,000. The five-inch phone will be available on flash sale every Tuesday starting February 10 through the company’s exclusive channel partner Flipkart.
As usual, the users can buy only after registering on the e-commerce giant on January 28 at 6 pm. The device is powered by a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor, comes equipped with 3GB of RAM.
Manu Jain, head of India operations for Mi India, said, “The Mi 4 re-affirms our commitment to bring more Mi products to India. We will continue to work on offering our Mi fans incredible value as we introduce even more great devices in the coming year.”
The phone comes with 16GB of internal memory and runs on a heavy duty 3080 mAh battery.
