India’s start cricketer Virat Kohli has become the latest celeb to join PM Narendra Modi’s noble initiative Sandesh2Soldier. Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s advice, Kohli on Thursday sent his wishes to Indian Army Jawans and urged his followers to salute them. “Whenever you see a jawan, salute them. We get to celebrate festivals & live in peace because of them. Jai Hind,” wrote Kohli on Twitter. Kohli Tweeted a video sending-out the same message. With this gesture, the Indian cricketer joined the league of stars like Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan, who have already sent their wishes to Army Jawans.

Earlier, Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan had sent poignant messages to soldiers. Salman took to Facebook and shared PM Modi’s message to the soldiers.
“My hearty greetings to the army soldiers and young people of the country and Happy Diwali to all #Sandesh2Soldiers,” Akshay wrote on Facebook. Salman and Aamir also took to social media to share their wishes. Aamir, showing his support, wrote that PM is absolutely write in his approach. He said that love and support of countrymen will fill the soldiers with love.
