Be it acting, cricket, relationships, or humanity – Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli keep setting goals for rest of the world. The power couple, which brings together cricket and Bollywood, recently spent some quality time in Sri Lanka. It apparently seemed that Anushka went to Lanka to spend some moments with Kohli. Also, it’s an evident fact that two are very much active in wildlife and environment-related issues. In what set an example, the star couple was spotted planting and watering a sapling in Sri Lanka’s Dambulla this past weekend.
Later, on Monday morning, Kohli also spent some time with nature with a backdrop of elephants taking a swim. Kohli tweeted, “Recent day out around these gentle giants! ???????? Such innocence and playfulness were blissful to see. ????????”. Interestingly, Anushka also shared a picture from the same location, “A day spent with elephants … is a day spent well ! ????????” is how Anushka captioned the photograph on Instagram. A Virat Kohli fan page on Instagram shared pictures of Virat and Anushka’s picture.

Of late, the couple is seen spending a lot of time together in past few weeks. After Indian skipper’s much-needed West Indies tour, the couple went to New York on a short vacation. Virat posted a selfie of the two of them and had stated that he was on a much-needed break. The couple was also spotted shopping at a local store.
Recently, Virat, Anushka, and Team India coach Ravi Shastri were also seen in a photograph where they were interacting with Sri Lankan fans. Current tour to Lanka is a memorable one for Virat as he made his ODI debut against same side in 2009.
