In match 81 of the Pro Kabaddi League 2017, the defending champions, the Patna Pirates is now taking in this year’s new team UP Yoddha at the Harivansh Tana Bhagat Indoor Stadium in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Both these sides have met once in this tournament before during the Ahmedabad leg. Back then, the match had ended as a tie despite a good fightback from the Pirates. However, a win against Telugu Titans last night would have given the Pirates a lot of confidence. On the other hand, the UP Yoddha are coming into the match after losing the last game against the Tamil Thalaivas. The Patna attack has been brilliant throughout the course thanks to their talismanic captain, Pardeep Narwal who leads the points tally with a massive 163 raid points to his credit, way ahead of the second challenger, Rahul Chaudhari who has picked up 120 so far.
