Sooryanashi also produced a moment of brilliance in the field that swung the match decisively India’s way. The ball was launched out to long-off by Samiun Basir at a critical point in the game, when Sooryavanshi took the catch on the edge of the ropes after briefly stepping outside the boundary. After first catching the ball, Sooryavanshi popped it up in the air as he went outside the boundary for a second to regain his balance then entered back in the field with both feet to cleanly capture the ball. Sooryavanshi’s catch reminded many Indian fans at the venue of SuryaKumar Yaradv’s world cup winning catch in the finale of the most recent T20 world Cup.

Khilan Patel to Farid Hasan, OUT! Another one falls! Hasan tried to go over the man at short fine, but ends up getting it in front of the man, as Deepesh dives forward to take another very well judged catch.
