Premier League champions Chelsea are reportedly in the final stages of securing a season-long loan deal for Colombian striker Radamel Falcao.
The Monaco forward spent an unsuccessful loan period at Manchester United in the previous season as he could only score four goals in his 29 appearances for the club.
Although the Colombian has been rejected by United, Chelsea have shown interest in securing Falcao for the second season.
Jose Mourinho, the team manager, said it hurts him that the people in England think that the real Falcao is the one they saw at United, the BBC reported.
Jose Mourinho added that he is ready to help Falcao regain his form again if any chance comes up.
Radamel Falcao, who had two successful seasons with Atletico Madrid, was roped in by French club Monaco for 50 million pounds in 2013.
