Goa all-rounder Arjun Tendulkar, son of Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, is set to tie the knot with Saaniya Chandhok
in March 2026, according to multiple media reports. Saaniya Chandhok is the granddaughter of the well-known Mumbai businessman Ravi Ghai.

While there has been no official confirmation from the Tendulkar family, reports suggest that preparations for the wedding are already underway.

As per a report by The Times of India, wedding celebrations are expected to take centre stage at the Tendulkar household. The celebrations are likely to be a largely private affair, as per the reports.

Arjun and Saaniya had formalised their relationship in August last year, when they got engaged in an intimate ceremony attended by close friends and family members. Despite their prominent backgrounds, the couple has largely maintained a low public profile.

Who is Saaniya Chandhok?

Saaniya Chandhok is the granddaughter of Ravi Ghai, a leading industrialist and chairman of the Graviss Group, which has significant interests across food, hospitality and real estate.

The group owns popular ice cream brands such as The Brooklyn Creamery and Baskin Robbins in India, and is also associated with premium hospitality properties, including the InterContinental hotel brand. According to company filings, Graviss Food Solutions Private Limited reported revenues of ₹624 crore in FY23-24, registering growth of around 20 per cent.

Saaniya, meanwhile, serves as a Designated Partner and Director at Mr. Paws Pet Spa & Store LLP, a Mumbai-based venture focused on pet care services and retail, as per records from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs

Arjun Tendulkar’s cricket career

On the professional front, Arjun Tendulkar continues to carve his own identity in Indian domestic cricket as a left-arm pace-bowling all-rounder. After beginning his career with Mumbai, Arjun moved to Goa ahead of the 2022-23 season, where he made his First-Class and List A debuts.

In red-ball cricket, Arjun has featured in 22 first-class matches, scoring 620 runs, including one century and two half-centuries, while also picking up 48 wickets, highlighted by one five-wicket haul and two four-wicket hauls. In List A cricket, he has played 23 matches for Goa, scoring 155 runs across 15 innings.

Arjun was recently in the news after he moved to Lucknow Super Giants from Mumbai Indians for the upcoming IPL season, marking another significant step in his professional journey.
