Fake Microsoft schemes, gold bar payments: How 2 Indian-origin men duped the elderly in US
Two Indian-origin men, Tejas Patel and Navya Bhatt, were arrested for defrauding elderly victims through various schemes, including PayPal frauds and Bitcoin scams. Bhatt, a University of Toledo student, is also facing an ICE detainer. Evidence from Patel's Apple account proves their involvement in the scam. They are facing three counts of money laundering.
