Indian Overseas Bank to raise up to Rs 5,000 crore in FY27
Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) plans to raise ₹5,000 crore in equity capital through various methods, including QIPs, public offers, and preferential allotments. The proposal is part of a special resolution for the bank's AGM on July 7. The government currently holds a 92.44% stake in IOB and has previously diluted its holding through an OFS.
