RCPL plans to double its distribution network to 2.5-3 million outlets across 10 states by March 2026 and reach a revenue of Rs 1 lakh crore in five years. The company's focus is on providing affordable products, investing in research and development, and expanding globally after stabilizing its distribution in India.
