Rustom box office week 2 collection: Akshay Kumar starrer Rustom is cruising after gaining traction over the first weekend and the holidays during the week have added phenomenally to the overall numbers, making him one of the most bankable stars for Bollywood ever. Akshay has built up such a huge following over the years that almost everything he delivers in cinemas is instantly lapped up by the masses and that ensures the superstar laughs all the way to the bank almost each and every time. Not that this was always the case. When he released some really atrocious movies, Akshay paid heavily for it. But that was then. Now, he looks to have worked out a magic formula that gives him an insight into the working of the common man's mind and he delivers everything that would go down well with them. Rustom box office week 2 collection: Rustom became yet another Rs 100 cr movie on Saturday (day 9) last when it earned Rs 101.08 cr with a superb take of Rs 5.77 cr. Throughout the last week it saw a collection of over Rs 5 crore except on Friday when it bagged Rs 4.41 crore. Overall, Akshay Kumar has powered as much as Rs 155.79 cr in revenues for the movie when you throw in the foreign take. Over the latest weekend, Rustom has really made it merry at the B.O.
