Former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa fate still hangs in balance in the disproportionate assets case as the relevant files still had to be studied and the Karnataka government says it would take "some more days" to decide on filing an appeal in the Supreme Court against the acquittal by the high court.</br><br> "It (government) will take some more days to decide on filing an appeal in the Supreme Court against the Jayalalithaa verdict," Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister T B Jayachandra said, as exactly a week lapsed after the Karnataka High Court gave a clean chit to the AIADMK chief and three others clearing them of "all charges" in the case. Jayalalithaa to be sworn in Tamil Nadu CM on Saturday: </br><br> AIADMK supremo Jayalalithaa will be sworn in for the fifth time as Tamil Nadu chief minister tomorrow along with 28 ministers, nearly eight months after she was forced to quit over corruption charges. On a day of fast paced developments, 67-year-old Jayalalithaa was elected as legislature party leader at a meeting of party MLAs here, 11 days after she was acquitted by the Karnataka High Court in a disproportionate assets case.
