Srinagar recorded its season’s first snow, grounding flights and shutting highways. Jammu’s higher reaches and Shimla-Manali witness fresh accumulation after a long dry spell. Authorities have suspended traffic, schools in some districts are closed, and helplines have been activated as snowfall continued.
