UPSC IAS Civil Services final result 2016 declared: Today, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared the final result of Civil Services Examination 2015 with woman a candidate Tina Dabi (Roll No 0256747) emerging as the topper; the person who secured second position is Aamir Ul Shari Khan Akhtar (0058239) and in third spot has emerged Jasmeet Singh Sandhu (00105512). Check the entire list below and on upsc.gov.in – depending on the rank secured, candidates will be allocated various services, from Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), and Central Services, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’.

UPSC IAS Civil Services final result 2016 declared: Citing less number of working women in Haryana, Civil Services exam topper Tina Dabi today said she wants to work in the neighbouring state to contribute in empowerment of fairer sex there. "I always wanted to work in a challenging state. That is why I chose Haryana. We all know the sex ratio of girl and boy child is quiet less and that is why I would like to contribute my efforts for the empowerment of women there," she said. 22-year-old Tina, who has graduated from Lady Shri Ram College here, topped the 2015 Civil Services exam in her first attempt. UPSC IAS Civil Services final result 2016 declared: Athar Aamir-ul-Shafi Khan is all smiles after securing second rank in the prestigious civil services examination, 2015 – Tina Dabi secured the No 1 spot overall. 23-year-old Athar Aamir-ul-Shafi Khan made it to the coveted Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in his second attempt. "I had appeared last year but my ranking was down and, therefore, I was offered Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS). I joined but IAS was my first love and I planned to to do both — join the training and appear again." Hailing from Devipora-Mattan village in Anantnag district, 60 km south of Srinagar, Khan, son of a school teacher, says he became interested in joining IAS after Shah Faesal from the Kashmir Valley topped Civil Services Examination in 2009. "I did not have a great exposure to coaching classes but I was confident that I can do it. Extensive reading and complete dedication made me realise my dream," he said.
