The Saya Group, one of India’s leading real estate companies, is gearing up to deliver 4.25 lakh sq feet of retail spaces in Greater Noida West by the end of 2024. The company is also developing 2.5 lakh sq. feet of studio apartments, scheduled for delivery within the next two years. Currently, the Saya Group is constructing two retail projects, Saya South X in Greater Noida West and Saya Piazza in Noida.

Meanwhile, the Saya Group has also announced strategic partnerships with renowned brands for its high street project, Saya South X. The lineup includes names like Cinepolis, Gwalia, Flying Dutchman Bata, and Black Coffee, among others. Notably, Cinepolis is set to introduce a 5-screen multiplex with a seating capacity exceeding 900 persons in Saya South X.

Saya South X, with a combined leasing area of 6.75 lakh sq ft (4.25. lakh sqft for retail and 2.5 lakh sqft for studios), will house a total of 818 stores. Positioned strategically in Greater Noida West, the retail area is expected to become operational in the next 6 to 8 months, while possession of the studio apartments is slated for completion within two years. The project boasts a significant catchment of over 5 lakh high net-worth residents and is a three-side open project.

On the other hand, Saya Piazza, located in Sector 131, Noida, offers a leasable area of 2.25 lakh sq ft, comprising 110 stores. A golf course-facing project surrounded by HNI families and IT hubs, Saya Piazza’s catchment area is estimated to be around 50,000. The land is fully paid up, and operations are expected to commence from December 2024.

Accordding to the group, with a track record of delivering 5.37 million square feet of residential spaces, it continues to exemplify its commitment to uncompromising quality and timely project delivery.
