New Fund Offer time period

The NFO – ICICI Prudential Value Fund – Series 12 1295 days opened on March 27 and close on April 10. The maturity of the scheme will be after a tenure of 1360 days from the date of allotment.

Investment Objective

The scheme is all set to provide capital appreciation by investing in a well-diversified portfolio of stocks through fundamental analysis. However, there can be no assurance that the investment objectives of the scheme will be achieved or not.

Asset Allocation

Under normal conditions, the asset allocation of the scheme will be:

Liquidity of the Scheme

No redemption or repurchase of units will be allowed prior to the maturity of the scheme. However, investors who may want to exit may do so only in demat mode by selling through BSE Limited or any of the stock exchanges where units of the scheme will be listed. The selling can be done by any buyer, if available on the exchange.

Load Structure

Entry load as well as the exit load both are not applicable. The exit load will not be applicable because the scheme is going to be listed on the exchange. However, investors should be aware of the fact that the brokerage on the sale of the units of the schemes on the exchanges will be borne by them only.

Minimum Application Charges

The MAC for the scheme is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Rs. 10 thereafter. Also, the MAC is applicable in the case for switch-ins made during the NFO period as well.

Benchmark

The S&P BSE 500 index consists of both growth and value stocks. Therefore, in this case, the performance of the scheme will be benchmarked with S&P BSE 500 Index.
