The company had posted a net profit of Rs 27.35 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal. Shares of GreenPly Industries were trading 2.57 per cent up at Rs 283. 2.37 pm:\u00a0Adani Power reported net loss of Rs 135.49 crore for the quarter as ended September 30, 2015 compared to a net profit of Rs 188.51 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income has decreased by 1.64 per cent at Rs 3027.96 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 3078.34 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Shares of Adani Power were trading 1.81 per cent down at Rs 27.20. 1.52 pm:\u00a0Petronet LNG Ltd, India's largest liquefied natural gas importer, is seeking at least 10 per cent cut in price of LNG it plans to buy from Australia's Gorgon project. Total income of the company increased by 3.21 per cent at Rs 733.78 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 668.78 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. Meanwhile, European markets opened higher on Monday. 12.23 pm:\u00a0Zuari Global has received an approval for acquisition of entire shareholding of 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of Horizonview Developers (HDPL), a subsidiary of Zuari Investments (ZIL) which was acquired by them on October 04, 2016. The board of directors at its meeting held on October 21, 2016 has approved for the same. Shares of Zuari Global were trading 3.36 per cent up at Rs 118.60. 12.03 pm: Hester Biosciences is reportedly planning to invest nearly Rs 30 crore to set up a large unit for animal health products. The company has already set up one plant in Nepal, which is slated to commence commercial production on November 15, 2016. As per the transaction, PLIL will divest its entire shareholding in its subsidiaries that hold the three projects - PLSPL, PLSUL and PLSL.
