The primary market is set for a busy week as several companies are scheduled to tap Dalal Street. Now, those who track the initial public offerings (IPOs) market will see a cuisine of mainboard issues as well as multiple small and medium enterprise (SME) IPOs opening for subscription between January 19-23.

Apart from these new openings, the market will also see a list of public offerings scheduled to make their stock market debut during the week. That means, the coming week will feature one large mainboard IPO, along with three SME issues and nine listings.

Let’s take a look at what is opening, what is listing, and more –

Mainboard IPO

Shadowfax Technologies IPO

The spotlight of the week will be the Shadowfax Technologies IPO. It is the only mainboard offering opening in the coming week .

The size of the issue stands at Rs 1,907.27 crore. This IPO is a mix of fresh equity and an offer for sale by existing shareholders.

Moreover, the price band for the issue is set between the range of Rs 118-124 per share.

The IPO will open on January 20 and close on January 22. After the bidding process, the allotment is expected to be finalised on January 23, with listing tentatively scheduled for January 28 on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

SME IPOs

Alongside the mainboard issue, three SME IPOs will open during the week.

Digilogic Systems IPO

Digilogic Systems will open its IPO on January 20 and close on January 22. The issue size is Rs 81.01 crore. The price band is set between Rs 98-104 per share.

After the subscription period, the company is expected to list on the BSE SME platform on January 28.

KRM Ayurveda IPO

KRM Ayurveda IPO is another SME IPO that will open a day later, on January 21. The issue will remain open until January 23. The Rs 77.49 crore issue is priced in the range of Rs 128-135 per share. Allotment is likely to be completed by January 27, followed by a tentative listing on the NSE SME platform on January 29.

Shayona Engineering IPO

Shayona Engineering will be the third SME IPO to open next week. The issue, which is entirely a fresh offer of shares, will open on January 22 and close on January 27. The company is expected to list on the BSE SME platform on January 30 after allotment finalisation on January 28.

Listing to watch

Apart from new subscriptions, the focus will also be on listings of companies.

Bharat Coking Coal, whose listing was earlier scheduled for January 16, is now expected to debut on January 19.

On the same day, Defrail Technologies on the BSE SME platform and Avana Electrosystems on the NSE SME platform were also set to list.

The flow of listings continues through the week. On January 21, GRE Renew Enertech, INDO SMC, Narmadesh Brass Industries, and Amagi Media Labs are expected to make their market debut across the SME platforms and the mainboard.

Armour Security is scheduled to list on the NSE SME platform on January 22, while Aritas Vinyl is expected to list on the BSE SME platform on January 23.
