The listing of SME IPO Trafiksol ITS Technologies has been postponed due to certain undisclosed queries not being answered, said BSE in a post on X (earlier Twitter). The company was supposed to hit the D-Street on September 17, but now

“The listing of equity shares of Trafiksol ITS Technologies Limited for September 17, 2024 has been postponed till certain queries that have been raised are resolved by the issuer. Market participants are requested to please make note,” posted BSE.

The SME IPO was opened to investors for bidding on September 10 and stopped taking bids on September 12. The IPO was a book-built issue of Rs 44.87 crore by selling fresh shares of 6.4 million of the company. The allotment of the shares was finalised on September 13. The price band was kept in the range of Rs 66 to Rs 70, with a minimum ticket size of Rs 1,40,000 for a retail participant. Meanwhile, the minimum lot size for a HNI was two lots.

Ekadrisht Capital was the book-running lead manager while Maashitla Securities was the registrar and SS Corporate Securities was the market maker for the IPO.
