The big bulk deal of the hour. The apparel manufacturer major Gokaldas Exports’ shares were bought in a bulk deal. On June 19, SBI Life Insurance Company purchased 4 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 814.79 a share, amounting to a total investment of Rs 32.6 crore.

SBI Life Insurance Company is an Indian life insurance provider, operating as a joint venture between the State Bank of India (SBI) and French financial institution BNP Paribas Cardif. It is a listed company, traded on the NSE and BSE. It manages over Rs 4.87 lakh crore in assets, offering a variety of protection, savings, and investment-linked plans.

Gokaldas Exports shares rallied 19% in the last five trading sessions. The stock has given a return of 17% in the past one month and 3% in the last six months. The share price of Gokaldas Exports has dropped 4.5% over the previous 12 months. 

Gokaldas Exports Q4FY26

The company had reported a drop of 32% year-on-year in consolidated net profit to Rs 35.96 crore for the fourth quarter of FY26, due to disruptions following US tariffs and geopolitical volatility. The company’s net profit was at Rs 52.86 crore during the corresponding period of the previous year.

Its revenue from operations surged 5.27% YoY to Rs 1,068.84 crore, compared with Rs 1,015.33 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.
