Eternal announced a key leadership transition at the top. Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer Deepinder Goyal will step away from his executive role, with Albinder Dhindsa set to take over as Group Chief Executive Officer, subject to shareholder approval. Goyal will continue to remain on the board as Vice Chairman.
Waaree Energies
Waaree Energies net profit rose 26% on a quarter-on-quarter basis to Rs 1,062 crore in Q3FY25, compared with Rs 842 crore in the previous quarter. Revenue also showed firm growth, increasing 24.7% sequentially to Rs 7,656 crore from Rs 6,065 crore.
Punjab National Bank Housing Finance
Punjab National Bank Housing Finance Net profit increased 10.6% year-on-year to Rs 521 crore, up from Rs 471 crore in the same quarter last year. Net Interest Income, which represents the difference between interest earned and interest paid, rose 12.8% to Rs 757 crore from Rs 671 crore.
Anant Raj
Real estate developer Anant Raj Consolidated net profit increased 30.7% year-on-year to Rs 144.2 crore, compared with Rs 110.3 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue grew 20% to Rs 641.6 crore from Rs 534.6 crore.
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation reported a net profit of Rs 4,072.5 crore for the December quarter. EBITDA stood at Rs 7,019 crore.
Dr Reddy’s Laboratories
Dr Reddy’s Laboratories posted a net profit of Rs 1,209 crore for the third quarter. Revenue reached Rs 8,753 crore, exceeding market estimates.
Jindal Stainless
Jindal Stainless reported higher earnings during the quarter. Net profit rose 26.6% year-on-year to Rs 828.8 crore from Rs 654.3 crore. Revenue increased 6.2% to Rs 10,517.6 crore compared with Rs 9,907.3 crore in the same period last year.
Bajaj Consumer Care
Bajaj Consumer Care recorded a sharp rise in profit for the December quarter. Net profit jumped 83.4% year-on-year to Rs 46.4 crore from Rs 25.3 crore in the year-ago period.
Bank of India
State-owned Bank of India reported a 7.5% year-on-year increase in net profit for the third quarter. Profit stood at Rs 2,705 crore, compared with Rs 2,516.7 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Vardhman Textiles
Vardhman Textiles reported weaker financial results for the October to December quarter. Net profit declined 21.3% year-on-year to Rs 166 crore from Rs 211 crore in the same period last year.
