Adani Enterprises
Adani Group has acquired a 72.8% stake in Flight Simulation Solutions for Rs 820. In an exchange filing, Adani Enterprises disclosed that the transaction was carried out by Adani Defence Systems and Technologies and Horizon Aero Solutions, a subsidiary of the company.
GMR Airports
GMR Airports‘ subsidiary GMR Cargo and Logistics has received a term loan facility worth up to Rs 750 crore from Axis Bank for developing the cargo city at the Delhi airport, the company said in an exchange filing. The infrastructure company has availed the loan for its upcoming cargo city project, spread over 50.5 acres of land within Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA).
Bandhan Bank
Bandhan Bank approved the sale of specific non-performing assets (NPAs) and written-off loan portfolios through a bidding process involving Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) and other permitted transferees. The portfolios identified for sale include loans from the Emerging Entrepreneurs Business (EEB) segment—comprising group loans, small business loans and agriculture loans—as well as the Aspiring Business Group (ABG).
Lodha Developers
Lodha Developers (formerly Macrotech Developers) said the Supreme Court of India has permitted restitution of the entire sum of Rs 520.80 crore that the company had deposited as security against claims on V Hotels. The amount will be refunded to Lodha Developers along with accrued interest. The court order affirms Lodha Developers’ position as the bona fide successful Resolution Applicant for V Hotels with a legitimate interest in its property.
Voltamp Transformers
Voltamp Transformers said it has received a Letter of Intent from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation for Rs 85.05 crore order, inclusive of GST, covering the supply of various ratings of power transformers. The order involves the design, manufacture, testing and supply of power transformers in line with tender specifications.
Emcure Pharmaceuticals
Emcure Pharmaceuticals said that the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Department conducted a search and seizure operation at its offices in Mumbai this week. The inspection, carried out by the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax (D-0214), Investigation-B, began at 12:15 p.m. on Nov 24 and concluded at 5 p.m. on Nov 26, the drugmaker said in a stock exchange filing.
Refex Industries
Refex Industries said it has secured an order worth approximately Rs 100 crore for the excavation, loading, and transportation of pond ash and bottom ash. The order, awarded by a large domestic business conglomerate, is set to be executed over a period of four months.
Lemon Tree Hotels
Lemon Tree Hotels said it has signed a license agreement for Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat Airport, and a franchise agreement for Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Haridwar, Uttarakhand. The company notified the stock exchanges that the Surat property will be managed by Carnation Hotels, its wholly owned subsidiary, while the Haridwar hotel will be franchised under Lemon Tree Hotels.
