How many of us have not felt particularly well or a little jittery if we did not have a very good sleep? The answer is affirmative in most of the cases. According to World Health Organization report, sleep deprivation can have harmful effects on any individual’s health. Ranging from physical effects like sleeplessness, fatigue and hypertension there can be cognitive impairment such as performance deterioration, gradual loss of attention and motivation, less of mental concentration, decrease in intellectual capacity.

There can also be increase of chances of accidents both at work and other aspects of life that involve attention. The report also believes that there can be mental health complications too. Chronic insomnia and frequent insufficient sleep in the form of inability to fall asleep, successive awakenings, and no refreshing sleep can cause several disorders.

In more than several instances we tend to suffer from sleep disturbances due to our wrong sleeping posture or the wrong sleep accompaniment. So, in order to sleep right and for a healthy day it is important to choose your mattress and pillow the right way.

In order to maintain a perfect healthy balance it is extremely vital to have the adequate amount of sleep. This will help in handling stress, maintaining healthy immune system, and thereby moderate emotions. For a healthy sleep, it is also important that the mattress is in proper shape, size and manufactured  with the right and apt material.
