Meizu launches new smartphone in China; M3 Max to be sale from September

Meizu on Tuesday announced a new smartphone for its market in China. the company went on its official Chinese website to make the official launch of the device. It also happened to post the complete specifications of the smartphone on the website. The smartphone is named as Meizu M3 Max. The new smartphone runs on 3GB of RAM and has an internal memory storage of 64GB. external memory cards can be added to the phones to expand the storage.

The new Meizu M3 Max sports a 6-inch full HD display. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek helio P10 chipset, coupled with Mali T860 GPU at 1.8GHZ to power the heavy apps and games. The device packs massive battery power that boasts of a complete work day along with the support for fast charging. The 4,1000 mAh battery takes about 30 minutes to get 0-45% charge. It lags behind in terms of the Operating System and runs on flyme OS 5.2, a modified version of the Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

In terms of connectivity, the smartphone offers 4G VoLTE enabled hybrid dual SIM slots, Wi-Fi b/n/g, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. The Meizu M3 has a rear camera of 13 Megapixel and a 5-megapixel camera on the front. It also sports a fingerprint sensor. The smartphone is priced at RMB 1,699, which translates to RS 16,919 roughly. Reservations have begun for the purchase of the device. It is to be made available in Champagne Gold, Silver, Grey and Rose Gold from September 15.
