Coolpad Note 3 ‘Just Touch’ smartphone was launched today in India priced of Rs 8,999. The smartphone will be available exclusively on Amazon.in.
The Coolpad Note 3 focusses on security and comes with fingerprint security to keep your bank account, social media and other details private. The fingerprint scanner comes at the back of the smartphone with 360 degree finger rotation capability.
The Coolpad Note 3 ‘Just Touch’ feature also lets users click pictures, make payments and lock all apps.
The smartphone has a stainless steel frame and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop, sports a 5.5-inch 720p HD display and is powered by a Mediatek octa-core MTK 6753 processor. It has 3GB RAM, 16GB in-built storage that can be expanded up to 64 GB and supports OTG.
Other features include 13MP rear camera with LED flash, 5MP front-facing camera, 3000 mAh battery and 4G support.
Coolpad has also announced its partnership with Videocon to manufacture smartphones in India. The first ‘Made in India’ Coolpad phone is expected to be rolled out in Q1 of 2016.
