Data wars between telecom companies will see no end, at least in the near-term. Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Jio has already taken the industry by storm, and other industry leaders like Airtel, Vodafone and Idea, are leaving no stone unturned to keep their user base intact. In the same row, Bharti Airtel, still country’s largest telecom service provider, is offering a massive 4 GB 3G/4G data per day for a price of Rs 999.
The offer is valid for prepaid customers and will remain valid for 28 days. Not only data, the customer also gets unlimited local and STD calls. The company has shared the details about the offer on its app, My Airtel.
However, a customer will also like to check what Reliance Jio is offering at the same price tag, i.e. Rs. 999. Jio is giving a massive data benefit of 90GBs data at 4G speed, valid for a period of 90 days, for the same price.
As usual, the company is offering unlimited SMSes (short message service) and unlimited free voice calling in this pack. After 90 days, the data speed will reduce to 128 kbps.
Another change in Jio offers
Recently, Jio also brought slight changes to its Rs 149 recharge plan. After the changes, Jio is now offering 2GB 4G internet data, unlimited voice calling, 300 SMS, and mobile app access. After the user exhausts his/her 2GB data, the Jio will still offer internet services at a speed of 64 kbps. As per the earlier plan, there was no data available after the FUP limit got crossed.
