Vivo X300, X300 Pro launched in India: Check price, colours, cameras, battery capacity and more

The standard Vivo X300 starts at Rs 75,999, whereas the X300 Pro model tops the range at Rs 1,09,999. The new phones are available for pre-order starting today and will go on sale on December 10.

The Vivo X300 series joins the ever-expanding list of high-end flagship smartphones earmarked for 2026, all in a bid to give these handsets a head start. Featuring a flagship-grade chipset from MediaTek, the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro compete with the likes of recently launched OnePlus 15, Oppo Find X9, and iQOO 15, all promising a premium-grade user experience and cutting-edge performance.

Vivo X300, X300 Pro price in India

For the Vivo X300, pricing is structured across three variants:

– 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model costs Rs 75,999

– 12GB RAM and 512GB storage model costs Rs 81,999 

– 16GB RAM and 512GB storage model comes in at Rs 85,999. 

Meanwhile, the top-tier Vivo X300 Pro is offered in a single variant with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage for Rs 1,09,999. 

Vivo is offering attractive launch offers, including a 10% cashback on purchases made with SBI, IDFC, and Axis Bank cards, complimentary Vivo TWS 3e earbuds, and an 18-month subscription to Google AI Pro

The optional telephoto extender kit is available separately for Rs 18,999.

Vivo X300, X300 Pro specifications at a glance

Both the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro run on the new OriginOS 6 interface, which is based on Android 16. Vivo has promised an extensive software support for the new devices, including five years of OS updates and seven years of security patches. 

The standard Vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with HDR10+ support and 4,500 nits of peak brightness. Its camera setup includes a 200MP Samsung HPB main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 50MP Sony LYT602 telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom. Powering the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, which is the equivalent of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. This is supplemented by Vivo’s dedicated V3+ chip, designed specifically for 4K HDR portrait video.

The Vivo X300 Pro features a larger 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and the same 4,500 nits of peak brightness. The Pro model shares the Dimensity 9500 SoC and V3+ chip, but boasts a slightly different camera array. 

The rear camera system includes a 50MP Sony LYT 828 main sensor with OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide angle lens, and a 200MP telephoto lens capable of 3.5x optical zoom. The front-facing camera on the Pro is a 50MP Samsung JN1 shooter. Both X300 series phones include high-end build and durability features, such as Armor Glass protection and IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance.
