The Motorola Signature has officially launched in India as the brand’s ultra-premium flagship smartphone. Alongside the Signature, the brand also launched the Moto Watch as its newest entry into the smart wearable segment, which relies on the Polar platform. Both these devices bring Motorola’s premium ecosystem offering to the Indian market, competing with what the Chinese brands have to offer.
The Signature establishes a new flagship lineup for Motorola, with the brand promising improved camera performance and other premium touches. Motorola claims that the Signature earns a DXOMARK Gold Label certification with a camera score of 164, making it one of the top-rated camera phones in India under Rs 1 lakh. The phone competes with the likes of the Oppo Reno 15 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S25, Apple iPhone 16 and OnePlus 15R.
Motorola Signature price in India
The Motorola Signature will be sold in three storage variants in India.
– The base variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage costs Rs 59,999.
– The mid-variant with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage costs Rs 64,999.
– The top-tier variant with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage costs Rs 69,999.
As part of the launch offers, you get up to Rs 5,000 instant bank discounts (HDFC/Axis), up to Rs 7,500 exchange bonus, free Perplexity Pro for 6 months, and a Rs 5,000 discount on the Moto Watch when bundled (valid till February 10). The Signature sales will begin on January 30, 2026, on Flipkart, Motorola’s website, and leading retail stores.
Motorola Signature features and specs at a glance
The Signature features a Sony LYTIA camera system, with a 50MP Sony LYTIA 828 main sensor,a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom (up to 100x Super Zoom Pro), and a 50MP ultra-wide + macro camera with a 122-degree field of view. For selfies and video calls, a 50MP front camera capable of 4K video at 60fps is present. The combination of Moto AI and Google AI features, including AI Signature Style, AI Action Shot, AI Group Shot, AI Photo Enhancement, Magic Editor, and Magic Eraser, promises a better imaging experience.
The Motorola Signature features a 6.99mm profile and a lightweight 186g build, which is among the slimmest in its class. The phone comes in fabric-inspired finishes in two Pantone-curated colours – Martini Olive (with a twill-inspired texture) and Carbon (with a linen-inspired texture). As is the case with Motorola devices, you get IP68/IP69 certification for water and dust ingress resistance, and MIL-STD-810H durability.
Performance is taken care of by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, supported by a massive vapour chamber and ArcticMesh Cooling System. It includes up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage, a 6.8-inch Super HD (1.5K) Extreme AMOLED display with 165Hz refresh rate, 6200 nits peak brightness, and Dolby Vision/HDR10+ support. Additional highlights include Bose-tuned stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, a silicon-carbon battery with 90W wired/50W wireless charging, and Hello UI on Android 16 with 7 years of OS and security updates.

Moto Watch also launched
Motorola also unveiled the Moto Watch in India. Powered by Polar, Motorola marks its entry into the advanced wellness wearables segment. This smartwatch features an aluminium design round dial with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, IP68 + 1ATM water resistance, a 1.4-inch circular OLED display, and dual-band GPS. Powered by Polar’s platform, Motorola says it delivers precise tracking for sleep, recovery, SpO2, heart rate, workouts, and Nightly ANS recharge insights, with up to 13 days of battery life (7 days with always-on display) and rapid 5-minute charging for a full day’s power.
The Moto Watch is priced at Rs 5,999 for the silicone variant and Rs 6,999 for the metal/leather variants.
