The app brings a host of new features including the much needed functionality of updation of mobile number online without having to visit the Physical Aadhaar Seva Kendras. The feature is called “Mobile Number Update” and it is live on the app. Additionally this feature allows users to request a mobile number change anytime, anywhere using OTP-based authentication and face verification.

Step 1: Open the Aadhaar app and log in using Aadhaar-based authentication.

Step 5: An OTP will be sent to the new number. Enter the OTP to verify your request.
