His wellness coach, Vrindaa Mehta, once revealed in an interview that the Kalki 2898 actor begins his day with breathing exercises (pranayama) and basic yoga stretches. These simple practices help him stay calm, focused, and physically flexible.

Fitness expert Shivohaam, who also trains the veteran actor, says that Bachchan never skips a workout session. As per him, Big B always finds time, morning, afternoon, or even between meetings, to stay active.

In a personal blog post, he wrote that his day begins with a few tulsi (holy basil) leaves, which are known for their immunity-boosting properties. He also enjoys natural health boosters like amla (gooseberry) juice and dates, which provide essential nutrients and antioxidants. Over the years, Bachchan has made some big dietary changes. He has given up non-vegetarian food, sugar, and rice to keep himself fit.

He believes that skipping sweets and avoiding sugar has played a huge role in helping him stay healthy and reduce the risk of lifestyle diseases like obesity.
