King of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan is turning 60 on November 2, and as a gift to his fans, he has announced a special film festival that will re-release some of his most iconic movies on the big screen once again.
The Shah Rukh Khan Film Festival 2025 will take place across India and in select international locations. The idea is to let fans relive SRK’s journey through the roles that made him the “King of Bollywood.”
SRK’s message to fans
Announcing the festival on Instagram, Shah Rukh shared a video and wrote, “Main kaun hoon, kaun nahi… doesn’t really matter, as long as the lights, camera, and a little bit of love are still rolling. See you at the #ShahRukhKhanFilmFestival starting today.”
He also mentioned that the screenings will be held in association with PVR INOX and Cinepolis in India, and distributed internationally by Yash Raj Films (YRF) across the Middle East, North America, the UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
SRK Film Festival 2025: When and where to watch
The Shah Rukh Khan Film Festival 2025 begins on October 31, 2025, and will run for two weeks. Screenings will take place in over 75 cinemas across more than 30 Indian cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, and Ahmedabad.
International fans can also join in the celebration, with special re-releases happening in major cities around the world.

Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa (1994):
The 1994 romantic comedy directed by Kundan Shah stars Shah Rukh Khan as Sunil, a lovable musician who tries to win over the girl of his dreams, Anna, played by Suchitra Krishnamoorthi. SRK’s honest and charming performance stood out, earning him the prestigious Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor.
Dil Se (1998):
Directed by Mani Ratnam, Dil Se is an intense political drama featuring Shah Rukh Khan as a journalist who falls in love with a mysterious woman, played by Manisha Koirala, during a time of political unrest. The film also marks Preity Zinta’s debut as SRK’s fiancee, Preeti Nair. Known for its powerful visuals and A.R. Rahman’s iconic music, the film gave audiences the evergreen song “Chaiyya Chaiyya.”
Devdas (2002):
Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Devdas remains one of Indian cinema’s most celebrated films, known for its grand visuals and tragic love story. Shah Rukh Khan plays Devdas, a man who turns to alcohol after being separated from his childhood love Paro (Aishwarya Rai). His self-destruction is accelerated by his friend Chunnilal (Jackie Shroff), who introduces him to the courtesan Chandramukhi (Madhuri Dixit). Chandramukhi falls in love with Devdas and tries to save him, but fails. SRK’s powerful and emotional performance won him multiple awards, including the Filmfare Award for Best Actor.
Main Hoon Na (2004):
Directed by Farah Khan, this action-packed entertainer blends comedy, romance, and patriotism. Shah Rukh Khan plays Army Major Ram, who goes undercover as a college student to protect Sanjana (Amrita Rao), the daughter of a General, from a terrorist ex-soldier, Raghavan (Suniel Shetty). During his mission, Ram also gets a chance to reconnect with his estranged stepbrother Lucky and stepmother. The film’s chart-topping soundtrack won the Filmfare Award for Best Music.
Om Shanti Om (2007):
“Agar kisi cheez ko dil se chaaho, toh poori kayanat use tumse milane ki koshish mein lag jaati hai,” this iconic dialogue is in every SRK fan’s memory. Directed by Farah Khan, the film stars Shah Rukh Khan as Om, a 1970s junior artist who loves superstar Shantipriya (Deepika Padukone, in her debut role). After both are killed by a producer, Om is reborn decades later as a superstar and seeks revenge. A grand reincarnation drama filled with music, glamour, and emotion, Om Shanti Om was one of SRK’s biggest blockbusters.
Chennai Express (2013):
Directed by Rohit Shetty, Chennai Express is a comedy-action blockbuster that broke several box office records.
