Raja Saab advance booking collection: Prabhas‘ much-awaited film, ‘Raja Saab’, has been released on the big screen. Off to a strong start, the romantic horror-comedy has collected nearly Rs 30 crore in advance collections across the five major languages, as per Sacnilk. Following Ranveer Singh’s mega blockbuster Dhurandhar, Raja Saab was released amid the highly anticipated sequel and Yash’s ‘Toxic’. Earlier, it was also coinciding with Thalapathy Vijay’s now-delayed film Jana Nayagan.

Now, with the spotlight shining bright on Raja Saab, the Prabhas-starrer has sold over 5 lakh tickets and nearly reached the Rs 40 crore benchmark ahead of its worldwide release. Largely driven by the Andhra Pradesh audience, the excitement among fans became unmatched as the overseas audience reacted well to the film.

Raja Saab advance collection: Booking report

According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Raja Saab grossed Rs 28 crore across Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam. Across the 5,62,911 tickets sold, the Prabhas starrer outshone in Andhra Pradesh. While subdued in the Hindi-dominated areas, Prabhas’ box office delivery did not disappoint in Telangana, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Vishakhapatnam.

Raja Saab also sold 7000 tickets in the top two national chains, PVR Inox and Cinepolis, for their opening day. Relying heavily on the Baahubali star’s mass appeal, Raja Saab has managed to create positive word-of-mouth reviews as sales are expected to shoot up even further as the second weekend of the New Year 2026 approaches. There are no big starrers that will face Raja Saab at the box office, as Agastya Nanda’s Ikkis could not recover from the Dhurandhar drain.

The horror-comedy Raja Saab is directed by Maruthi and features Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, Riddhi Kumar, Samuthirakani, Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, and others, alongside Prabhas. As reviews pour in on social media are calling it a different type of action film with Prabhas and his energetic charm, while some even call it a mess with no logic. As mixed reviews hit social media, it will be an interesting ride into the release of the Prabhas film since early estimates report a Rs 6 crore box office collection, already.
