Even non-K-pop fans know by now that South Korean sensation BTS is coming back! Having announced their hiatus in 2022, the seven-member boy group recently announced its new forthcoming album “ARIRANG” and 2026 world tour dates. The group hasn’t even dropped a single track from the now-promised record, but it has already managed to break the Internet.
While the top trending news hasn’t even fully sunk in yet, the K-pop music act’s members continue to make waves even on brand reputation rankings released every month. According to the Korean Business Research Institute’s latest announcement, five out of seven BTS members ranked in the Top 10 Boy Group Member Brand Reputation Rankings.
BTS’ stock billionaires under 30 led January’s Boy Group Member Brand Rankings
Two of them, BTS’ Jimin and Jungkook, led the way by securing the top-most positions at #1 and #2, respectively. The Are Your Sure? variety series duo also happens to be two out of three BTS members, alongside V aka Kim Taehyung, to land at the top of the list of South Korean corporate wealth elite.
Ahead of the new year celebrations, the youngest trio of the group – V, Jimin and Jungkook – were named among South Korea’s corporate heavyweights on the ‘Top 100 Stock Billionaires Under 30’ list.
As per a survey by corporate data tracker CEO Score, the BTS trio was ranked 28th collectively, with each member holding 68,385 shares of HYBE. The value of their holdings increased by 8.2 billion won from 13.2 billion won in 2024 to 21.4 billion won in 2025.
Although members J-Hope, RM and Jin were also confirmed to retain stock assets worth more than 10 billion won each, they were excluded from the ranking due to age or partial share sales, as per the Korea Herald. Suga, on the other hand, was not mentioned in the released survey results.
BTS members’ brand rankings revealed
The Korea Business Research Institute’s rankings are always determined after a deep analysis of consumer participation, media coverage, communication and community awareness indexes.
