United India Insurance Company Ltd (UIIC) has released the score card and cut off for the phase 1 exam (Preliminary Exam) held for the recruitment of assistants. The candidates who have appeared for the UIIC assistant prelims may check out their score card and cut-off details from the official website of UIIC. The result for the recruitment process for 696 assistant posts was announced by United India Insurance Company Limited (UIIC) on October 4. The candidates may access the UIIC Assistant prelims score card and cut-off details following these steps:
Step 1: Log on to the official website www.uiic.co.in
Step 2: Click on the career link
Step 3: Then choose the result link
Step 4: You will be taken to a new page where you have to enter your registration number, password, and a captcha code as shown in the image.
Step 4: Your ‘results’ will be available when you click on “Login”
The candidates who have cleared the tier 1 exams will now be called for a tier 2 level. According to an Indian Express report, the tier 2 exams will be conducted on October 23 (tentative) this year for which admit cards will soon be released. The two-hour long tier 2 exam will carry 200 marks and it will include questioning on reasoning, English language, general awareness, computer knowledge and numerical ability. As per Wikipedia, United India Insurance Company is the second largest general insurance company with premium of Rs 16,000 plus crore in India. It was incorporated on February 18, 1938, and was nationalised in 1972.
