A total of 3,259 vacancies has been declared by SSC in various positions like Lower Division Clerk, Data Entry Operator and several others in various other central government offices.
SSC CHSL 2019: The notification for Combined Higher Secondary level examination (CHSLE) exam 2018 was released on March 5, 2019 by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). A total of 3,259 vacancies has been declared by SSC in various positions like Lower Division Clerk, Data Entry Operator and several others in various other central government offices.
Interested candidates can go to the SSC official website – ssc.nic.in and check the notification under ‘Important Notice – Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination-2018’.
The exam will be held from 1st to 26th July 2019, the selected candidates will get placed in various central government ministries and departments. The exam will be conducted online, in a computer-based examination.

SSC CHSL 2019: Age Limit:
Candidates applying for CHSL should be within the age limit of 18-27 years as on 01-08-2019. However, relaxation will be provided to candidates under reserved category.
The candidates should have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
SSC CHSL 2019: Pay Scale:
> Lower Division Clerk and Junior Secretariat Assistant: Pay Band -1 (Rs. 5200- 20200), Grade Pay: Rs. 1900 (pre-revised)
> Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant: Pay Band-1(Rs. 5200-20200), Grade Pay: Rs.2400 (pre-revised)
> Data Entry Operator: Pay Band-1 (Rs. 5200-20200), Grade Pay:Rs.2400(pre-revised)
> Data Entry Operator, Grade ‘A’: Pay Band-1 (Rs. 5200-20200), Grade Pay: Rs.2400 (pre-revised).
SSC CHSL 2019 vacancy: Selection Procedure:
The candidates will have to appear for a computer-based examination (Tier I), a descriptive paper (Tier II). If selected in Tier I+Tier II, they will have to appear for a typing test (Tier III), for which they should score a minimum of 33% marks in the previous two exams.
If selected for all the three they will have to go to through the document verification process.
